Partner with us

The La Línea Guide is independently operated. Sponsorship and partnerships are possible under three conditions:

1. Disclosure

Sponsored content carries a notice at the top of the post. Sponsorship does not buy positive coverage of any sponsor or sponsor-adjacent business. The notice names the sponsor and explains the terms.

2. Independence

Sponsored placements do not appear next to coverage of competitors without acknowledgement. The site’s editorial line on the sponsor’s industry doesn’t change because of sponsorship. If we cover a category, we cover it the same way whether or not someone in that category is paying us.

3. Relevance

Partnerships are only accepted within the scope of the site. La Línea-relevant businesses, cross-border services, Spanish administrative services for English-speaking residents, regional tourism with substance.

We don’t accept partnerships outside the scope. No crypto, no get-rich-quick, no unrelated affiliate networks, no SaaS link-building.

What works well

  • Local businesses in La Línea who want a profile that’s editorially honest
  • Estate agents working cross-border
  • Spanish abogados, gestores, asesores fiscales handling NIE, residencia, and cross-border tax cases
  • Tour operators or hospitality with substance — not “tickets for the cable car” affiliate links
  • Long-term ambient sponsorship of editorial categories (e.g. “Moving & Living, supported by [gestoría]” with full disclosure)

What doesn’t work

  • Link-only sponsorships
  • Paid backlinks
  • Anything that requires editorial control over copy
  • Pay-for-positive-review of a specific business or product

  • What you do
  • What you’d want
  • What you’d pay

Specific opening offers get a faster reply than open-ended “do you offer sponsorship” emails. The Editorial Policy lays out the full rules sponsorship has to operate within.
