<h3>2. Sources cited</h3>
<p>When a fact comes from an external source — BOE, BOJA, the Ayuntamiento, El Faro de la Bahía, Junta de Andalucía portals — it is linked. Where two sources disagree, we say so and pick the more authoritative one. Where the source is direct observation, we say that too.</p>
<h3>3. Calibrated confidence</h3>
<p>We mark claims by certainty:</p>

<li><em>Probable</em> — multiple consistent secondary sources</li>
<li><em>Anecdotal</em> — observation, one source, or lived experience</li>

<p>If we are guessing or unsure, the post says so explicitly — “this appears to be” rather than “this is”.</p>
<h3>4. Food coverage is from places we have eaten</h3>
<p>No restaurant gets a mention based on a search result. We have been, we have ordered, we have paid. Sponsored content, when it appears, is labelled with a notice at the top of the post and does not buy positive coverage of any business.</p>
<h3>5. Concrete over abstract</h3>
<p>Names of streets, dishes, the people who run the place. “My uncle’s lunch at La Atunara” is more useful than “authentic local food culture”. The categories on this site are for taxonomy, not for the writing.</p>
<h3>6. No clickbait</h3>
<p>No “what they don’t want you to know” headlines, no listicle numbers, no manufactured outrage. Headlines describe what is in the post.</p>
