NIE & Residency Service: Terms & Conditions

These terms cover our help-with-paperwork service for the NIE (the Spanish foreigner’s identity number), the EU-citizen residence certificate, and the related appointment (cita previa). They exist so you know exactly what we do, what we do not do, and what happens to your information, before you send us anything.

Who we are

The service is operated by Mihai Bogdan Stănculescu, NIF Y8965570T, of C/ Carteya nº 2, bajo 4, 11300 La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz), Spain, a self-employed professional (autónomo, IAE 763) — see the Legal Notice. We are not a gestoría, a law firm, or a tax adviser, and we do not present ourselves as one. Acting on someone’s behalf before the administration is lawful in Spain under Ley 39/2015.

What we do

  • Help you prepare and submit an application for a NIE or an EU-citizen residence certificate.
  • Book the associated cita previa for you, by hand.
  • Explain each step, what it costs, and what you need to bring.

We work in the Campo de Gibraltar only.

What we do NOT do

  • No bots, and no automation of any kind against government systems. Every appointment is sought by a real person.
  • We never circumvent a CAPTCHA or any other anti-bot check.
  • We do not resell appointments. We do not hold or trade cita slots.
  • We cannot pay the official fee (tasa 790-012) for you. It is paid at a bank, in person, and the online route needs a certificate or Cl@ve belonging to the fee-holder. We tell you the amount and how it is paid; the payment is yours.
  • We do not guarantee that an appointment will be available on any date, or the outcome of any application. Those are the administration’s decisions, not ours.

Price

There is no fixed price on this page. Because the work is handled by whoever is available, a printed price would be a promise we could not always keep. We give you a quote first, and no work starts until you accept it. Our fee is for our help only. Official fees, for example €9.84 for the NIE or €12.00 for the EU-citizen certificate, are separate and paid by you to the administration.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what the service actually needs, and we use it only to do the job you asked for:

  • Your contact details (name, phone or WhatsApp, email) — so we can talk to you and arrange the appointment.
  • Your identity and immigration documents (passport, existing NIE or certificates, and the specific forms your case needs) — so we can prepare and submit your application.
  • The appointment details — date, time and office.

We are the data controller for this information. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what your application to the administration requires. We keep it only as long as your case needs, and then no longer. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, by writing to info@lalineaguide.com.

What we need from you

  • That the information and documents you give us are true and yours to share.
  • That you attend any appointment we book, and pay the official fee.
  • If you give us documents for someone else, such as a family member, that you are allowed to do so.

Cancelling and complaints

You can cancel at no cost before work starts. Once work has started, our fee for the work already done is payable. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
